This course focuses on an overview of human resource management and practices. You will learn the impact of system analysis, job analysis, recruitment and selection processes, training, performance appraisals, compensation and unions.

You will learn how to use the Sage 50 accounting software package from 2015. Your studies will focus on self-guided exercises using the general journal, payables, receivables, payroll and inventory ledgers.

ACCT 122 is a prerequisite for this class and builds on the skills learned in that class. Studies include accounting for payroll and accounting for other assets and liabilities. It covers accounting for capital assets, liabilities, partnerships and corporations.
